# Customer Conditions
Choose Which Customers Will See Labels or Badges
You can choose to display or hide the label based on **who is viewing the product**. These conditions help you target specific customer groups and personalize their shopping experience.
## 1. Accessing Customer Conditions
Go to your **Label or Badge settings** → From the sidebar, click **Customers**
## 2. Customer Type Conditions
This condition allows you to **include or exclude** customers based on their login status, identity, or tags.
### **A. Include Customers**
Choose who **can see** the label:
* **All customers**: The label is visible to everyone.
* **Logged-in customers**: Only customers who have signed in to their account will see the label.
* **Not logged-in customers**: Only guests or visitors who haven’t logged in will see the label.
* **Specific customer**: Show the label only to selected customers based on their email or ID.
* **Customers with tags**: Target customers who are tagged in your Shopify admin (e.g., "VIP", "wholesale", etc.)
### **B. Exclude Customers**
Choose who **should not see** the label:
* **Exclude Specific customer**: Hide the label from certain people.
* **Exclude Customers with tags**: Hide the label from all customers with selected tags.

## 3. Country Conditions
Use this to show or hide labels based on the **customer's country** **(detected by IP)**.
* You can select one or multiple countries.
* This is useful for targeting region-specific promotions, local shipping options, or exclusive deals.

**Example:** Show the label “Free Shipping” only for customers in the **United States** and **Canada**.

## 4. Store Language Conditions
Show or hide labels depending on the **storefront language** your customer is using.
* Works with Shopify’s multi-language storefronts.
* Helpful for showing language-specific announcements or offers.

**Example:** Show a badge “特別オファー” only when the storefront language is set to **Japanese**.
